Dandelion Lane - by Grassharp Stitches
This splendid crescent shaped shawl is worked from top to bottom.
Mirroring the pretty yellow spring flowers you will work semicircles of blossoms and a border of decorative leaves. Make it from gradient yarns or pick the colours from our Twisted Fifties gradient sets - both choices will result in an elegant and versatile wrap.
You will need 1200- 1450 m of fingering or light fingering weight yarn and a hook size E or larger.
The examples shown are worked with our Twisted Fifties or with Whirl by Scheepjes. For Whirl you will also need a complementing ball of Whirlette.
The finished shawl has a wingspan of 2 m when made from Twisted Fifties or 1,80 m when made from Scheepjes Whirl. The pattern provides an extended version to make a larger shawl.
